I was reading this article after finding out I have the entire PDF file of his workouts he produced during the 2010s. It was totally weird that dude just stopped appearing in his videos on YouTube. Then was suddenly replaced by another Asian man out of the blue. Was this #stopasianhate ? No this was pre COVID-19 19 discriminations of Asian Americans.
Because of his success in helping his students, he gained the nickname, Six-Pack Abs coach. Later, he began creating and posting clips of his training techniques on his YouTube Channel Six Pack Shortcuts.
In May 2015, he resigned from his position and started a new channel. The new channel concentrated on health, life, and fitness coaching.”
I’ve been planning for 4 years on letting people know why I left Sixpackshortcuts. Why that long? Bc, to be honest, I didn’t know how to explain it in a way that would make sense for people. I know ultimately, it doesn’t matter whether people understand me or not, but I still wanted to share something that could serve as a VERY VALUABLE INSIGHT into someone’s life. In short, it was one of the MOST IMPACTFUL DECISIONS I’ve made in my life and I’m grateful every day that I did. What did I lose from that decision? Everything in my life. What did I gain in return? Happiness and a NEW WAY TO LIVE. If I had to make the decision again, I would do it in a heartbeat.
